- Order details: Racket setups, string preferences, contact methods, and drop-off/pick-up selections you provide when placing an order.
- Contact information: The contact handle (e.g. phone, WhatsApp) you choose to share so we can coordinate your stringing job.
How We Use Your Information
- To process, track, and fulfill your stringing orders.
- To contact you about the status of your order (confirmation, approval, completion, hand-off).
- To maintain your saved racket profiles and order history for a faster checkout experience.
Google User Data
We access only your basic Google profile information (name and email). This data is used solely to authenticate you and link your orders to your account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we never sell it.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to ShuttleVerse staff for the purpose of providing our stringing service.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and maintain order records. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
